Kirwin Brothers is owned and run by two generations of the Kirwin family. Lea and Glen started the company in 1983, on the back of their father John's experience within the white fish industry. The next generation of Kirwin, Jon, Tom and Aiden have joined the team and have brought drive and new growth to the business.
From modest beginnings we have grown rapidly. We employ one of the largest team of hand filleters in the UK, this enables us to be very flexible in our approach. We supply a comprehensive range of Haddock, Cod, Coley and salmon products to our customer base of retailers, fish merchants, manufacturers, foodservice, wholesale customers .
In our BRC accredited factory on Grimsby docks we offer a full range of products, Haddock Cod, Coley and Salmon products.
With the recent investment made, we are able to produce plain or smoked fillet, loins and portions to the newly developed added value products such as our range of marinated fish.
