Facilities


Smokehouse :  We are equipped with the latest generation of kilns, which can produce more than 20 tonnes of smoked fish a week. Smoked fish is processed either as a dyed item using only natural colourings or as a more traditional undyed smoked fillet.

Retail department :  We have a dedicated unit to supply to retail, fresh and frozen packs for the high street. This includes facilities for packing both chilled products in trays or skin pack and frozen goods in cartons.

Mince department  :  We are currently producing 10/mt per week of mince blocks. These are produced in 7.5Kg blocks with full traceability back to boat and are sold within the UK and European markets.
